Terms and Conditions - ChillOutBros NFT and ChillOutPanda Fashion

1. Overview By purchasing a ChillOutBros NFT, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to your acquisition and ownership of ChillOutBros NFTs and your stake in the ChillOutPanda fashion brand.

2. NFT Ownership and Shares When you purchase a ChillOutBros NFT, you will automatically receive a corresponding number of shares in ChillOutPanda. The shares entitle you to certain benefits, including voting rights and a share of the company's profits.

3. Personal Information To complete your share registration, you will need to provide us with accurate personal information, including your full name, address, and any other necessary details. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Profit Distribution ChillOutPanda will distribute 20% of its total income to the 1,000 NFT holders on a pro-rata basis. The distribution will occur periodically, with the specific frequency and method to be determined by ChillOutPanda at its sole discretion.

5. Taxes As an NFT holder and shareholder in ChillOutPanda, you are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your investment. It is your responsibility to consult with a tax professional to understand and fulfill your tax obligations.

6. Intellectual Property By purchasing a ChillOutBros NFT, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the NFT for personal, non-commercial use. You do not have the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the NFT without our express written permission.

7. Transfer of NFTs You may transfer your ChillOutBros NFT to another person, subject to the terms and conditions of the marketplace or platform where the transaction takes place. Upon transfer, the new owner will assume the rights and obligations associated with the NFT, including the corresponding shares in ChillOutPanda.

8. Modifications and Termination We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We may also terminate the ChillOutBros NFT project and your shares in ChillOutPanda under certain circumstances, such as insolvency or other unforeseen events. If this occurs, we will provide you with reasonable notice and an explanation for the termination.

By purchasing a ChillOutBros NFT, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of your NFT and shares in ChillOutPanda.
